I honestly would recommend Brookmead Vets to anyone and everyone with a cat. They have a partitioned-off waiting area to help minimise stress, which is a lovely touch.
Sadly my poor little friend had to be put to sleep, but I felt that Neil went above and beyond to keep her comfortable while we were trying to find out what was going on. He helped make what was an incredibly emotional ordeal a lot less difficult. From making the arrangements to have my dear cremated, organising collection of her ashes, and sending her crate to a local charity when I couldn't bare to take it home empty.
And the little sympathy card and forget-me-not seeds I received in the post were so incredibly thoughtful.
